Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of NameFreeFire, a Free Fire name generator run by the NameFreeFire Editorial Team. It explains what the site collects when you use the tool, what stays on your device and how you can ask us to remove a name. It describes how the site works today.

What the tool collects

  • Names you generate. When you create a name that is not already known, the name is sent to our own name registry so that it can appear in the lists of names other players use. A counter records how often a name is generated, by week, without tying it to a person. Names that look like a phone number, email address or web link are not recorded.
  • Your IP address. The address of your connection is sent together with a new name to our name registry. On the site it is used to limit abuse and to count one visitor once per name per day, using a one-way hash that is kept for 24 hours.
  • Names you add yourself. If you use the “Add your own version” form, the name you write is shown to everyone who looks up the same name. Do not put personal information in a name.

What stays on your device

Your favourites and recent names are stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We do not read them and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Cookies and advertising

The site does not run advertising and does not set advertising cookies. WordPress and our security tools may set technical cookies that the site needs to work and stay safe.

Where data is processed

Data is processed on servers run by the site operator, including a statistics server that counts how often names are generated. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We do not set a fixed deletion date for names in the public lists. You can ask us to remove a name at any time on the contact page. The 24-hour visitor marker expires on its own.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete data linked to a name or to your connection, and you can object to its use. Where laws such as GDPR or CCPA apply to you, those rights apply. Send your request on the contact page. Learn who we are on the about page.
